Responsibilities - Provide knowledgeable, accurate, and proactive service to clients.

- Ensure client information is accurate and up to date.
- Complete Know Your Client (KYC) updates and open current accounts.
- Make investment recommendations and rebalance portfolios.
- Enter client trades (purchases, switches, redemptions).
- Follow up on missing documentation required to process client accounts.
- Maintain client files and information across internal systems.
- Document all client interactions accurately and promptly.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and reassign requests when appropriate.

Qualifications - Known for knowledge of financial instruments (mutual funds, ETFs, GICs, asset allocation).





- Strong understanding of industry and firm compliance regulations.
- Demonstrates strong professional telephone manner, capable of directing conversations effectively.
- Recognized for initiative, autonomy, and the ability to work independently.
- A valid IFIC or CSC course would be required.
- Has 2 years of experience in similar industry/field.
- LLQP would be a big asset in this role.
- Advanced level of French and English required; must communicate regularly with clients in Quebec and across Canada and international clients regarding trades, investments and account related details on a daily basis.
