We are excited to partner with them in our search for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Director,



this is a high-impact, individual contributor role working within a agile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in the development and deployment of automated financial analysis and modelling; - Support monthly forecasting, multi-year rolling forecasts, strategic financial planning, and annual budgeting processes; - Identify and drive improvements to existing processes, tools, and financial reporting; - Provide financial analysis and support to the leadership team.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess:

- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered; - 3–5 years of experience in a financial or analytical role; - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer application skills; - Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, TM1, Alteryx, Tableau, Cognos) considered an asset; - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively; - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment; - Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
