About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice-President Enrolment and Student Experience to provide strategic leadership in the areas of enrolment management, student services, and the overall student journey from initial interest to graduation. The successful candidate will be a key institutional leader, responsible for the development and implementation of a strengthened strategic enrolment management framework. This role is pivotal in the company's focus on renewal, sustainability, and student success, particularly in the context of enrolment recovery and future growth. The Vice-President will work closely with various stakeholders, including the President, Provost, Deans, faculty, and community partners, to enhance the student experience, improve student outcomes,
and ensure the institution is well-positioned for the future.
Candidates for the Vice-President Enrolment and Student Experience position at the company should have a solid background in senior leadership within the post-secondary education sector, with a focus on enrolment management, student affairs, or related areas. The role requires a leader who is strategic, practical, and student-centered, with a proven track record in areas such as recruitment strategy, retention initiatives, and student success planning.
