We are looking for an experienced finishing carpenter or highly skilled handyman to complete several small interior projects in our home.

The remaining work requires someone with experience in finishing carpentry and door hardware.

Potential projects include:

- Installing interior trim
- Completing or repairing trim around door frames
- Installing doorknobs and other door hardware
- Installing door-closing mechanisms that have already been purchased
- Adjusting doors so they close smoothly and do not slam
- Completing unfinished soffit or interior finishing work
- Assisting with other small finishing-carpentry projects as needed

The ideal candidate:

- Has experience with residential finishing carpentry
- Is comfortable installing and adjusting doors and door hardware




- Has robust attention to detail and produces clean, finished work
- Has their own tools and reliable transportation
- Can assess the outstanding work and provide a realistic estimate
- Is dependable, communicative and comfortable working independently
