We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Carpenter to join our agile construction team. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise finishing work.
- Install cabinetry, countertops, moldings, trim, and other woodwork with accuracy and care.
- Perform restoration work, including repairing or refinishing existing structures to restore their original beauty.
- Apply construction painting techniques to enhance surfaces and ensure smooth, durable finishes.
- Lay tiles and install flooring materials with attention to alignment, levelness, and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently during installation tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or finishing trades within construction or manufacturing environments.




- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution.
- Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, and caulking as needed for finishing projects.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other specialized equipment safely.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and the ability to read construction plans accurately.
- Experience in installation of cabinets, flooring (including tile laying), plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and drywall finishing.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and performing detailed craftsmanship tasks over extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; handyman experience is a plus.
- Valid construction experience with a focus on quality workmanship in restoration or new builds is highly desirable.
