What You’ll Do:

- Lead large, custom steel fabrication projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Interpret engineered drawings and blueprints to fabricate a variety of structures to exacting tolerances
- Operate and set up standard fabrication machinery and tooling safely and efficiently
- Perform advanced welding techniques, including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and air carbon arc gouging
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and company safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Completion of High School diploma or equivalent
- CWB Certification and/or Trade Certification
- 5+ years of experience as a First Class/Advanced steel fitter




- Expertise in reading and interpreting welding blueprints, structural drawings, and welding symbols
- Strong knowledge of welding industry standards, concepts, and practices
- Certified Forklift and/or Crane Operator credentials are a strong asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to protected work practices and adherence to health & safety regulations
