Lead or assist with group movement activities such as stretching, chair exercises light aerobics, walking and dancing.

Modify movements based on individuals' physical and cognitive abilities.

Encourage participation and create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Collaborate with staff to align activities with participant needs and preferences.

Skills Required Enthusiasm with movement, fitness, and wellness

Patience, positivity and an encouraging attitude.





Ability to adapt to a variety of support needs
