This position includes responsibilities in food preparation and customer service.

Primary Functions:

Provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate order taking, food preparation, sandwich and wrap production, side preparation, order assembly, cleanliness, food safety, restocking, and proper handling of dine-in, drive-thru, and delivery orders. FOH team members are also responsible for supporting the team and maintaining Church’s Texas Chicken standards for quality, speed, accuracy,



and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in food service, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow standard operations and procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, follow directions, and take initiative.
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
