Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card payments with care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all guest areas, including dining spaces, counters, and serving stations
- Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure food safety compliance
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities while providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or orders simultaneously without compromising quality or service speed
- Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures,



and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members

Qualifications:

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in the food industry or serving roles demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
