Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.




- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist in setting up the bar area, preparing drinks responsibly as a bartender, and ensuring compliance with alcohol serving laws.

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in serving or bartending roles demonstrating knowledge of food safety, food handling, and hospitality practices.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent service standards.
