Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred.




- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes.
- A team player who can work collaboratively while also being able to work independently when needed.
- Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform straightforward mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Strong skills for persuasive sales, with keen ability to connect easily with customers.
