Rodd Charlottetown Hotel is seeking a service-driven individual to join our team as Food and Beverage Server.

Located in the heart of the city, Rodd Charlottetown is home to Chambers Restaurant & Bar, a historic gathering place known for its refined atmosphere and exceptional dining experiences. In addition, Rodd Charlottetown also hosts a variety of banquets, meetings, weddings, and events. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality across both our daily restaurant service and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide food and beverage service in Chambers Restaurant & Bar as well as at banquet functions
- Create memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and delivering attentive, personalized service
- Guide guests through the menu, take orders, serve food and beverages, and support the team during service
- Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of events
- Work closely with culinary and management teams to provide seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback professionally and work with management to ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

Key Qualifications and Skills:





- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive and upbeat attitude
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
- High energy and enthusiasm for hospitality
- Comfort discussing and recommending food and beverage offerings
- Previous experience in a full-service fine-dining restaurant is considered an asset
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
