Full-time | Mixed Morning/Afternoon

Opening / Morning Responsibilities

- Complete opening procedures and prepare the facility for daily operations
- General cleaning and organization
- Conduct inventory counts and identify shortages or discrepancies
- Complete required production, inventory, and operational reports
- Use computers/tablets for reporting, inventory, communication, and basic administrative tasks
- Stock and organize retail merchandisers/display areas
- Rotate and organize finished products
- Assist customers with product questions and purchases
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Communicate production, inventory, customer, and operational issues to management
- Assist with other food-production support duties as required

Closing / Production Responsibilities

- Weigh and portion finished products
- Seal containers
- Label and date products accurately
- Organize completed products for storage and/or sale
- Wash dishes, utensils, containers,



and production equipment
- Clean and sanitize food-contact surfaces and production areas
- Sweep and mop
- Complete closing inventory and reporting
- Maintain cooler, freezer, storage, packaging, and production organization
- Complete closing procedures

- Strong written communication
- Strong verbal communication
- Valuable basic numeracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence interacting with customers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to identify and report problems rather than simply waiting for instructions
- Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift
