Position: Food Production Associate

Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Objective To assist in the production of high-quality meat products such as sausages, hams, and roast beef by safely handling raw materials and operating production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Transport raw materials throughout the plant and warehouse (manually or with powered equipment).
- Measure and dump ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
- Operate and adjust food-processing machines.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Assist machine operators and follow established safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum Grade 12 education.




- 2 years experience preferred in food or beverage processing.
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum English Level 5 required.

Compensation & Perks
