Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Food Service Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service, fostering a positive and energetic work environment
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) transactions using Micros POS systems
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members, providing training on food handling, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Monitor food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Support restaurant management by maintaining cleanliness, organization,



and efficient workflow in kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling proficiency required
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust communication skills for interviewing, training, and team coordination
- Previous restaurant or hotel management experience is highly desirable; barista or food serving experience is a plus
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant management best practices
