Gio Crete Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sewer & Water Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable leader who can confidently run a crew and oversee construction projects on site from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a construction crew

- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule

- Ensure sewer and water installations are completed accurately and to project specifications

- Operate and work around heavy equipment and construction machinery

- Communicate with operators, labourers, subcontractors, inspectors, and project management

- Maintain a safe and organized job site

- Ensure work is completed in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements

- Complete required paperwork, daily reports,



and documentation

Requirements

- Must be a member in positive standing with LiUNA Local 183 or Local 793

- Previous experience as a Foreman

- Ability to confidently run and manage a crew

- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and utility locates

- Strong understanding of grades, elevations, pipe installation, and underground utilities

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience

- Sewer and Water Foreman: 3 years (preferred)
