Compensation and Schedule ✅ Market-competitive salary: $23.97 to $24.50/hour

✅ Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Role Forklift Operator, Order Picker, and Scale Clerk ?

Forklift Operator ? (Experience MANDATORY)

- Load flatbed trailers according to operational needs
- Transport various materials and/or supplies required for operations
- Inspect equipment before the start of each shift and perform operator changeovers as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises and equipment to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Review completed work from the previous shift and upcoming tasks based on priorities set by the production supervisor
- Notify the production supervisor of any mechanical issues
- Operate the forklift safely and diligently
- Demonstrate a high level of vigilance to prevent accidents and/or tip-overs (pedestrians, buildings, fixed equipment, trucks, and other machinery)
- Use the forklift according to its capabilities and limitations
- Outdoor work

Order Preparation ?️‍♂️

- Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant, manually or using mechanical equipment
- Perform a complete inspection of finished products
- Sort, package, crate,



and wrap materials and products
- Perform any other related labor or general work tasks

Scale Clerk ⏱️

- Record the weight of all incoming loads
- Enter reports and data into the computer system as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Communicate with yard personnel, customer service, production staff, and other relevant stakeholders as needed
