Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced fork Lift / High Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating high reach forklifts, handling inventory, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and thrives in a rapid‑paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

01. Forklift Operation & Material Handling

- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment

02. Receiving & Put‑Away

- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against BOLs and pick tickets
- Follow company allergen control procedures when putting away products
- Organize stock and maintain accurate bin and shelf locations

03. Order Picking & Shipping

- Pick customer orders with high accuracy
- Build stable,



well‑structured pallets and stage them for shipment
- Wrap pallets securely before loading
- Maintain detailed records of completed orders

04. Inventory & Warehouse Organization

- Perform cycle counts and verify shipment contents against picklists
- Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness
- Follow SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Apply food safety and workplace safety practices at all times

05. Other Duties

- Lift items up to 55 lbs as required
- Support general warehouse operations as assigned

Requirements

- Valid forklift certification (High Reach experience required)
- Previous experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Flexibility in working AM and PM shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and food‑safe handling
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
