We're looking for one exceptional operator to help launch HB Protein Smoothies in Canada.

This isn't a role for someone looking for another management job. It's for someone who enjoys building businesses, developing people, and taking ownership.

HB Protein Smoothies serves dessert-inspired, high-protein, low-calorie, low-sugar smoothies that taste as good as they look. We're launching our first Canadian location and we're looking for a founding leader who wants to grow with us.

You'll work directly with the founders and play a meaningful role in shaping how the business operates as we expand.

The Opportunity

You'll lead the opening and day-to-day operation of our flagship location, build an outstanding team, create a culture people want to be part of, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We're building for the long term. As the business grows, this role is intended to grow into multi-unit leadership with opportunities to support recent openings, develop future leaders and help build the operating systems that support our growth.

What You'll Do

· Lead the complete new store opening from hiring through grand opening.

· Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.

· Drive sales while managing labour, food costs and profitability.

· Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

· Build relationships within the local community and execute grassroots marketing initiatives.

· Review business performance and use data to improve results.

· Maintain high operational, food safety and brand standards.

· Help improve systems and processes as the business grows.

· Support future store openings and mentor future leaders.

What We're Looking For

· 2–5 years of leadership experience in QSR, fast casual or hospitality.

· Meaningful involvement in at least three new store openings.

· Strong understanding of KPIs, labour management and financial performance.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Willingness to attend two weeks of paid training in Scottsdale, Arizona.

· A strong hospitality network is an asset.
