Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their eyewear needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist clients in selecting frames that complement their style, face shape, and prescription requirements
- Conduct precise measurements of pupils, frame fitting, and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction under supervision
- Provide detailed explanations of lens options, coatings, and optical features using clear, accessible language
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales transactions, and customer preferences within our retail management system




- Support optical laboratory processes by verifying lens orders and ensuring quality standards are met
- Stay informed about the latest eyewear trends, products, and technological advancements to enhance customer recommendations

Requirements

- Laboratory experience or familiarity with optical equipment is highly desirable
- Prior retail sales or sales experience with a focus on customer engagement and product knowledge
- Experience working with Epic or similar retail management systems preferred
- Strong communication skills to educate customers effectively about their options and solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in optical or retail management is a plus but not required
