POSITION SUMMARY The Labourer / Framer is responsible for operating multiple pieces of equipment inside and outside the building as well as performing a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of pressure treated Hydro Poles.

RESPONSIBILITIES &

REQUIREMENTS Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner (Chain Saw, Wizard, Tape Measure, Drills

Ensure products manufactured are of the required quality

Roll, Wizzer, chain saw, measure and tag poles.

Label parts & products clearly and accurately

Work in compliance with all company rules and regulations

Follow all company Health & Safety policies and SOPs

Wear all PPE required and work in a safe manner

Participate in all company mandated training in positive faith

Come to work prepared (both mentally and materially)



to work in a variety of environments

Complete appropriate forms legibly and clearly

Work cooperatively with a team to achieve production targets

Maintain good housekeeping in all assigned areas

Abide to OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) workplace health and safety standards

Report all Health & Safety issues immediately

Performs other duties as assigned CORE COMPETENCIES Stand for significant periods of time (7 hours or more)

Be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
