YoungTown Construction is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Framer/Carpenter to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, shows up on time and ready to work, takes pride in what they do, and is willing to learn. Experience is significant, but so are attitude, reliability, and the motivation to improve.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.
- Complete concrete forming and other general construction tasks as required.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow direction while also being able to work independently when needed.
- Work effectively with the rest of the crew to keep projects moving.
- Show up consistently, on time, and ready to work.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous framing, carpentry, or construction experience is preferred.




- Solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to show up and put in the work every day.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and improve your skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Someone who wants the opportunity to grow with the company.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
