At OMAC Martial Arts, we believe martial arts is about far more than kicks and punches — it’s about building confidence, discipline, leadership, and life-changing habits in children, teens, and adults.

With 13 growing locations across the GTA and expansion continuing, we are looking for a high-level Franchise Business Consultant to help scale our impact, strengthen our teams, and help families become the best version of themselves.

This is an opportunity for someone who has experience overseeing multi-location fitness, recreation, franchise, hospitality, wellness, or service-based businesses and wants a career with purpose and meaning — not just another management job.

About the Role

You will work closely with ownership and leadership to help our locations grow while maintaining a positive, empowering workplace for staff, students, and families

- Drive growth initiatives
- Improve operational performance
- Build strong relationships with location leaders
- Support marketing and enrolment growth
- Help create an elite culture across all schools

Responsibilities

- Support and coach location managers and leadership teams
- Help drive membership growth and retention strategies
- Analyze KPIs, trends, and operational performance across locations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and leadership development
- Work alongside marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns
- Improve systems, accountability,



and customer experience
- Help launch and support new locations and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic growth initiatives
- Build a winning culture focused on leadership, positivity, and impact

What We're Looking For

Preferred Background

- Multi-location management experience
- Fitness, martial arts, recreation, sports, hospitality, childcare, or wellness industry experience
- Franchise or high-growth business experience is a major asset
