In this role with The Link, you will assist the Transition Services Supervisor in managing daily operations and program development. Engage with a diverse team to implement a relational approach that uplifts youth, focusing on inclusivity and cultural sensitivity. Your leadership will ensure the program aligns with organizational values while nurturing a healing environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Cover absences of the Transition Services Supervisor • Assist in hiring and training Youth Care Practitioners • Complete administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor • Coordinate information distribution and scheduling • Mentor staff and promote career development
Requirements: • Post-secondary education or related experience • Knowledge of the Child and Family Services system • Experience with vulnerable youth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C
