Orr Cleaners is looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Front Counter Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Byron location.
This is a fast-paced customer service position where you’ll be the friendly face of Orr Cleaners, helping customers in person, over the phone and through our online POS system.
The Position
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturdays
- No Sundays
- Experience is not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Answering customer questions and inquiries in person, by phone and through our online POS system
- Processing and tagging customer orders accurately
- Organizing and racking finished orders
- Contacting customers when there are concerns, risks or special considerations with their garments
- Handling payments and basic POS transactions
- Keeping the counter and customer area clean, organized and tidy
- Helping with general day-to-day tasks as needed

No previous dry-cleaning experience is necessary. We will train you on our processes and systems. What matters most to us is having someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and can keep up when things get busy. Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
