About Us

Masters Tire in Oshawa is a trusted name for quality tires, customized rims, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a Front Desk / Sales Representative to join our growing team and help deliver a great experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner

Assist clients in selecting tires and creating customized rim packages as per clients needs & preferences.

Provide quotes, make sales pitches, and close deals confidently

Maintain accurate records and process invoices

Manage phone calls, appointments, and daily front desk operations

Use basic computer programs (Excel, Word, email) for data entry and customer management

Keep the showroom and front area neat and presentable

Knowledge of tires and rims is an asset (training provided)

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills is a must.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email)





Basic automotive technology understanding, able to assist our technician from time-to-time

More then 1 year of Sales or customer service experience is preferred(automotive experience is an asset)

Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse demographic.
