Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audits by reviewing reservations, billing, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to respond promptly to guest or internal inquiries
- Maintain security by monitoring access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises during overnight shifts




- Provide exceptional guest services by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized assistance
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and uphold cleanliness standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills with skilled phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience or knowledge of hospitality industry standards is preferred
