Join Our Team iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization dedicated to helping patients recover from concussion, chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other complex conditions.

We're looking for an organized, compassionate, and customer-focused Medical Office Assistant to join our North Vancouver clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping our busy clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression

- Schedule appointments for physicians and allied health professionals

- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries

- Manage electronic medical records and patient documentation

- Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers, insurers, legal offices, and third-party payers

- Process patient payments and assist with billing inquiries

- Support ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health administrative processes

- Maintain clinic supplies and assist with day-to-day clinic operations

- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Medical Office Assistant Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent healthcare administrative experience)

- Minimum one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting

- Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic

- Experience with InputHealth/CHR or other EMRs

- Knowledge of ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health insurance processes

- Familiarity with medical terminology
