Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage guest check-outs efficiently while addressing any billing or service questions
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy
- Handle multi-line phone systems with confidence, directing calls and providing information as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access to the property during overnight hours
- Keep the front desk area organized, tidy,



and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Document incidents or irregularities during shift in detailed reports for management review

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to assist a diverse range of guests effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality environments preferred
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
