Overview The Picklr is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. As the face of our indoor pickleball facility, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and visitors.

Our facility features 10 indoor pickleball courts and a vibrant community of players of all skill levels. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

This position is primarily evenings and weekends, so applicants should have availability during these times. Additional weekday shifts may be available based on club needs and staff availability.

Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude, creating an exceptional first impression.
- Check members and guests into the facility and assist with the check-in process.
- Create court reservations and assist members with booking inquiries.
- Promote and sell memberships, programs, and retail merchandise.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about memberships, programs, events, and club policies.
- Assist with the setup, operation,



and supervision of club programs and events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including the front desk, lounge, courts, and common areas.
- Build relationships with members by learning their names, engaging in conversation, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the club operates smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of pickleball is considered an asset.
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable using computers and learning playbypoint.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
