About Corso Movement

We’re a neighbourhood boutique Pilates yoga studio in Corso Italia. We’re grounded, hospitality-first, and obsessed with creating a calm, welcoming experience from hello to goodbye.

Role

You’re the first smile and the calm centre of the studio. You’ll manage check-ins, support members, keep the space tidy and ready, and help the team run a smooth, on-time schedule.

Status & Schedule

- Part time (with potential to grow)
- Available Shifts: {Saturdays- 8:30am-11:15am} {Wednesdays- 5:30am-7:15am} {Tuesdays- 5:00pm-6:45pm} {Tuesdays- 5:00pm-7:00pm}
- Must be available: Early mornings Evenings as listed above

What you’ll do

- Greet guests; manage check-in/out and late arrivals with warmth and clarity
- Support bookings, waitlists, and membership questions (Mariana Tek / Xplor Growth)
- Handle POS: packages, memberships, retail, refunds, and receipts
- Proactively communicate studio policies (late cancel / no-show) with empathy
- Keep the studio immaculate: lobby, mat room, reformer room, washrooms, props
- Open/close procedures; room flips between classes; monitor heat panels (for hot mat)
- Support light content tasks: quick class clips, story posts, announcements




- Jump in where needed—this is a team that helps each other

What you bring

- 1 year in customer service/front-of-house (fitness, hospitality, or retail)
- Tech-confident: booking/POS systems (ideally Mariana Tek / Xplor Growth)
- Excellent communicator; de-escalation and problem-solving under time pressure
- Organized, punctual, and thrives in a tidy, fast-moving environment
- Bonus: studio or fitness experience; social media comfort

Compensation & Perks

- Pay: [$18–$19.50/hour]
