Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with serving food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, menus, and condiment stations.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and service.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and productive service flow.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Wage

- Starting wage $13.30 +Tips

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a front of house role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Bilingual (French and English)
