Hiring: Frontend Engineer – React & Node.js

Location: Toronto, ON — 4 days/week onsite

Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) required

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer with robust expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js to build scalable web applications, APIs, and modern user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with frontend architecture, cloud-native development, system integration, testing, performance optimization, and DevOps practices .

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript , and modern frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and REST API integration .
- Experience building scalable, high-performance web applications .
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management .
- Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases , such as PostgreSQL or Cosmos DB.
- Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks .
- Experience with performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting .
- Strong understanding of security, authentication,



and API integration .

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React applications .
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js .
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience .
- Implement automated testing and participate in CI/CD processes.
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices .

Good-to-Have Skills:

- C#/.NET development experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph or enterprise platform integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems .
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus , or application monitoring tools.
- AI/LLM integration experience.
- Experience with GraphQL, Redis , or modern data platforms.
