We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our retail operations with passion and precision. Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high levels of team engagement.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, cashiering, inventory management, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, conducting training & development sessions, and supervising staff performance.
- Handle purchasing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processes to ensure financial health and operational compliance.




- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette, organizational skills, and effective leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations while fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in retail sales, sales management, and store management with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing strategies, pricing tactics, and customer service excellence.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Multilingual abilities are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks effectively.
