The Shipping Associate is responsible for building crate skids coming off the assembly lines for outgoing shipments using pneumatic tools (nail, screw and staple guns). This role involves operating forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, scissor lift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner. The successful candidates must be able to work a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation.What You'll DoBuilding Crate skids coming off the assembly lines for outgoing shipments using pneumatic tools (nail, screw and staple guns)Work to ensure that shipments are complete and sent out in a timely mannerMaintain tools, equipment and ensure a clean, safe shipping areaOperating forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, scissor lift and other warehouse equipment in a safe mannerLifting or moving objects up to 50lbs regularlyCoordinating picking the orders and loading truck trailersCoordinating packaging and shipping of Small Parcel Courier shipmentsFollow standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principlesRotate between the Crate Building,
