Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full time Concierge to join a prestigious condominium in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This vital role involves delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, vigilant, and committed to upholding the safety standards of our client’s community.
Duties
- Welcome residents, visitors, and service providers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee common areas and entry points.
- Perform regular patrols of the property to identify potential security concerns or irregularities.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and reporting incidents promptly.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations or security breaches,
coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping purposes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or surveillance is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
- Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts; physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Certification in security or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude with keen observational skills to identify potential risks early.
