Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Full Time Driver & Shop Support to join our team! This role combines product deliveries to customers 2-5 days per week, then shop assistance, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing vital support within our shop workplace.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Assist with moving heavy items
- Support shop operations by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
- Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure safe driving conditions




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and assisting with product pickups or returns

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in towing
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Prior experience in moving or logistics roles highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and delivery processes
