Do you love flowers, creativity, and leading a team? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Lead Floral Merchandiser to help our floral departments bloom! You’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, coach part-time merchandisers, and make sure every display delights our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for design, and experience in retail sales and store management.

What You’ll Do

- Create beautiful, well-stocked floral displays that brighten customers’ days
- Provide helpful, friendly service and product information
- Keep the floral area clean, organized, and fully merchandised
- Follow merchandising plan-o-grams and company standards
- Support sales goals and “go the extra mile” to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure the department is properly staffed and schedules are managed smoothly

- Build great relationships with store managers, customers, and your team
- Complete reports and tasks accurately and on time
- Work with your team leader to customize displays that fit local trends and seasons
- Keep pricing and signage accurate for a great customer experience




- Help part-time merchandisers stay trained and supported
- Step in to cover shifts when needed

What We’re Looking For

- A positive, dependable person with great people skills
- Understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Able to work independently and manage time well
- Flexible with scheduling
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Reliable transportation
- Proven supervisory experience in retail or floral merchandising preferred
- Strong background in retail sales, visual design, and merchandising techniques

This position includes a 3-month probationary period.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous floral or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required!)
