Parts Advisor – Surgenor Truck Kingston

Location: 261 Binnington Court, Kingston, Ontario

We are looking to hire a Full Time Parts Advisor at our 261 Binnington Court location in Kingston, Ontario

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming parts sales requests via phone and in-person
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, and assist with ordering parts as needed
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing superior service at every opportunity
- Locate parts from external sources when necessary
- Collect all required details for special orders
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operation





What We’re Looking For:

- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Experience with parts knowledge related to heavy trucks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of safe working practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with management
- Experience in a heavy truck dealership or similar environment is a plus
