Work Place Location: In Person

Hours Monday to Friday, rotating 2-week shift schedule. Shifts include - 7:00am to 3:30pm, 12:00pm to 8:30pm, 3:30pm to 12:00am. Midnight shifts may be required depending on operational and departmental needs. Shift premiums are paid for afternoon and night shifts.. Overtime possibilities during the week or weekend, as the need arises.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
- Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices, policies and PPE compliances
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in identifying training needs and quality metrics
- Able to work at an established rate showing attention to detail and quality standards
- Use sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Able to perform tasks which require repetition, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Must be flexible and adaptable to work in various areas throughout the production floor
- Support and participate in excellent housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pushing /pulling of various objects
- Support a respectful workplace and positive attitude
- Adhere to company rules and regulations

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required Qualifications and required skills:

- High school diploma or GED required




- Able to read a tape measure and have essential mathematical skills
- Possess teamwork, communication and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and interact effectively with other team members and departments.
- Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work shift work in a rapid paced environment
- Fluent in basic English for reading and writing
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- Reliable Transportation Required
