About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Property Caretaker to help maintain a large private property and keep it clean, organized, safe, and looking its best year-round. This is a hands-on position involving a wide variety of outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices the small details and is comfortable working independently.

The position involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and requires someone who is physically capable of lifting, bending, sweeping, washing, power washing, moving materials, and operating basic tools and equipment. This role will include direct contact and communication with the client.

We are looking for a dedicated Property Groundskeeper to join our team in a full time position. This role requires someone who is adaptable, hardworking, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in different environments/weather. Whether it's heavy lifting, site clean-up, assisting tradespeople, or handling tools and equipment, we are looking for someone who can step up and get the job done, rain or shine.

What We’re Looking For:

The right person for this position is someone who sees what needs to be done and takes care of it. You don't need to be an expert in every area of property maintenance, but you should be willing to learn, work hard,



and take pride in overseeing a property.You should be comfortable with a position where no two days are exactly the same — one day may involve landscaping and power washing, while another may involve cleaning, organizing, minor repairs, or preparing watercrafts.
