We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Full-Time Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our customers. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing customer consignment intake accurately
- Receiving and processing TAG grading submissions
- Managing customer pickup orders
- Assisting customers with in-store purchases
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Scheduling and directing customer appointments when required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Organizing card show supplies, displays, and equipment
- Assisting with general administrative and office duties




- Supporting the operations team with day-to-day tasks as needed

Qualifications We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable multitasking in a customer-facing environment
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Proficient with basic computer programs and willing to learn new software
- An effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications The following are considered assets but are not required:

- Previous receptionist or front desk experience
- Customer service or retail experience
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Administrative or office experience
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs

No experience with sports cards, trading card games, or collectibles is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and will teach you everything you need to know about our services, products, and processes.
