We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! Duties

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a high-performing team
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment
- Monitor restaurant operations to optimize efficiency, including supervising food service, serving procedures, and kitchen workflows
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness,



safety, and adherence to hospitality standards

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with supervising responsibilities
- Robust background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling regulations, and restaurant operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous
- Kitchen experience or barista experience is a plus for understanding diverse food and beverage operations
