Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and transactions
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling and storage practices




- Manage time effectively to ensure orders are prepared promptly during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in a restaurant workplace
- Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Reliable team player with good time management skills and a flexible schedule
