Rocky’s Burgers is looking for a full-time team member to join our crew.

We’re a family-run burger business that’s been around since 1995. We make our food the right way — fresh burgers hand-rolled every morning, hand-punched fries, and a clean operation from open to close. We’re looking for someone who wants to work hard, take pride in what they do, and be part of a small team where everyone chips in.

This is not a one-position job. At Rocky’s, everyone helps with everything. One part of your day might be prepping burgers and fries, another part might be running the till, working the fryer, washing dishes, cleaning up, or helping close down the burger bus. Some mornings may even include grabbing supplies or groceries before heading in.

What the Job Includes

- Opening and getting the burger bus ready for the day
- Hand-rolling burger patties every morning
- Punching and prepping fresh fries
- Cooking bacon and prepping onions and other ingredients
- Restocking and keeping the kitchen/work area organized
- Taking orders and working the till
- Cooking on the grill, working the fryer, and helping wherever needed during service




- Washing dishes and keeping the space clean throughout the day
- Helping with grocery or supply runs when needed
- Closing and full end-of-day cleanup, including cleaning the grill, cleaning the deep fryer, cleaning the burger bus and work areas, taking out garbage, sweeping floors, and making sure the space is ready for the next day

What We're Looking For
- Someone with restaurant or food service experience
- Someone who is reliable, hardworking, and shows up on time
- Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and keep moving
- Someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and understands that prep, cleaning, dishes, and closing are all part of the job
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and keeping a clean, organized workspace
- Someone who works well with others and is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Someone who can work independently and doesn’t need to be constantly told what to do

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
