Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Oakbank, MB. The position requires 4/5 days out of office.

The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling and editing video content for marketing campaigns, social channels, and client-facing assets, ensuring that each piece aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, sequencing clips, adjusting pacing, adding transitions, and incorporating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling. The role also involves color grading,



basic sound alignment, exporting deliverables in required formats, and collaborating with marketing, design, and strategy teams to refine concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Editor will help maintain a consistent visual identity across projects and contribute creative ideas to improve audience engagement and campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including organizing footage, creating timelines, and delivering polished final cuts.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone, style, and quality across all video assets.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, lower thirds, overlays, and straightforward animated elements.
- Ability to use industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition tailored to digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant education or training in film, media production, design, or a related field is preferred; portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work is required.
