Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Montreal - Onsite

Job Type: Contract till end of 2026 with high possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $52/hr INC / $44/hr T4

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in requirements refinement, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
- Build reusable, maintainable code and automated tests.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, messaging systems, and middleware.
- Improve application observability, monitoring, telemetry, and performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global technology teams.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and frameworks.




- Support integration of AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent automation and predictive analytics.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Solid Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot experience.
- Strong experience with Apache Spark .
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and system design .
- Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, security, and distributed systems.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, messaging systems, and middleware solutions .
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases .
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and automation .
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
