As a Task Team Outfitter reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will focus on visual merchandising across softlines, hardlines, or front end-receiving areas. A keen eye for detailing and logic will be essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support visual merchandising and setup across assigned areas
• Perform departmental resets as necessary
• Assist with merchandise purges when needed




• Replenish items through filling, folding, and sorting
• Guide customers in finding merchandise and making decisions
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of merchandising experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Attention to detail is critical for accuracy
• Experience with outdoor lifestyle preferred
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops products is a plus
