Loopio is seeking a customer-focused, data-driven Customer Success skilled to manage Mid-Market accounts and collaborate with a cross-functional CS team. You will drive adoption, nurture relationships, and align customer goals with Loopio’s Customer Journeys.
You’ll partner with Enablement and Account Management to reduce churn and grow account value, with a remote-first setup and opportunities to work across global teams.
