Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement strategic goals to enhance youth services • Build and maintain relationships with funders and community partners • Advocate for youth-centric policies and funding solutions • Promote a healthy organizational culture with staff support • Spearhead initiatives addressing systemic barriers to youth well-being

Requirements: • Graduate degree in Business or relevant experience • Demonstrated leadership experience in the social services sector • Solid financial and crisis management capabilities • Knowledge of unionized environments is an asset • Proven commitment to social justice and anti-oppressive practices
